Refund policy
SHIPPING
We ship all orders across Egypt via our courier partners. Once your order is confirmed, delivery takes 1–4 working days depending on your location.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Request Window
You have 2 days from the date of delivery to submit a return or exchange request. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Conditions
All items must be:
- Unworn and unaltered
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging and flyer included
Any item that arrives back damaged, worn, or incomplete will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Every return is inspected before processing.
Exchanges
Submit your request within 2 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be completed within 7 working days.
Return shipping for exchanges is at your own cost.
Returns & Refunds
Submit your request within 2 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. Original delivery fees are not refunded under any circumstances.
Once we receive your item:
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days
- Bank transfers may take an additional 2 working days to reflect in your account
